Indian embassy (Kuwait) has cut down the procedure for the nationals of Kuwait and the expatriates in the country in order to increase the number of travelers to India on various purposes such as business, medical treatment, tourism and study.
Around 10,000 visas have been issued this year, where compared to the visas issued in the previous year which was around 7,600, which was a drastic hop of 30 per cent.
In order to enhance the tourism, business and medical purpose and to make it convenient for the Kuwait nationals and expatriates, the Indian Embassy in Kuwait has been issuing five-year and one-year multiple entry business visa, one-year multiple entry medical visa and six-months multiple entry tourist visas.
The Embassy said – that they will continue to acknowledge the visa applications in a straight line in cases of emergency and for the diplomats or special passport holders.
