New Visa Norms to elevate Indian-foreign relations

Immigration news - opulentus

To grab the attention of millions of Indian tourists, overseas governments have made their visa granting rules trouble-free.  Following US, Britain and Ireland, New Zealand has stepped forward to make their visa rules easier for Indian tourists.

Recently, New Zealand has announced that it will provide visas to all entrepreneur travelers appearing the conferences and affairs within three days, instead of twelve. However, the US government has already made visa norms easier to attract more Indian travelers.

As the United States Government has not laid any time limit for visa interview, individuals can now spend just five minutes for interview. For Indian travelers, Ireland and Britain have initiated a scheme of single visa. Knowing the importance of Indian travelers, the foreign governments have planned to repose all visa rules.

Few of the countries such as Hong Kong, Kenya, Indonesia, Maldives and others provide visas on arrival and few proffer e-visas on swift path. Under a chosen organization scheme, the Australian government has started training agents, who can offer visa within two days without the need of depositing any passport, said Guldeep Singh Sahni, president of Outbound Tour Operators Association of India.

For short duration personal and business trips, US government provides a multiple access visa called as B1/B2 visa for ten-years.
