Accounting won’t get dripped from 2015 Australian skilled occupation list

The Department of Immigration and Border Protection said that the accountants won’t be dropped from Australian skilled occupation list from 2015. As per Australian media experts report, more number of individuals are not able to find the accountants job, so the officials have decided to remove the occupation from the list of experts who are eligible for skilled worker visas.

Certified Practising Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia said that accounting must not be removed from the list, as there is a deficiency of accountants in Australia.

In a recent statistics, it is found that international graduates who completed their three years study with good qualifications in Australian universities are finding difficulty in getting skilled work in the country.

From the report of Deakin University, the international graduates who do not hold permanent visa of Australia are unlikely to get job in the domain they choose to work.

However the officials have decided not to remove the accountant’s occupation from skilled occupation list according to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection spokesman. He further revealed that every year the department of immigration industry conducts the scrutiny on SOL and the next analysis on public consultation process and labour market could be done in the month of March.
